GCSE Results

Congratulations to our Year 11 students who received their GCSE results on Thursday 22 August 2024. 71% of grades were 9-4, with 26% of all grades awarded 9-7. Students, once again, are celebrating excellent GCSE results at Park High School. The morning of results day saw the school hall buzzing with students celebrating their achievements and confirming their next steps. We are delighted by the number of Year 11 students who have already enrolled in the Sixth Form and we look forward to seeing them build on their success with us in September.

Colette O’Dwyer, Headteacher, said: “I continue to be proud of all our students, staff and families who have contributed to this year’s success. This was the year group most impacted by the pandemic and the subsequent disruption to their learning. The resilience they have shown during their time at Park High is to their credit and will see them well as they continue their education. We wish them every success!”.

Highlights include:

75% of students achieved grade 9-4 in mathematics.

81% of students achieved grade 9-4 in English Literature.

100% of students achieved 9-4 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

84% of students achieved grade 9-4 in Computer Science.

Many students will be continuing to study at the Park High Sixth Form with particular interest in the Sciences, Social Sciences and Maths disciplines.
