Students impress on Mock Interview Day
On Thursday 16th November we held our annual mock interview event for Year 10 students, which was a huge success. 41 volunteers supported the event including ex Park High students.
Over 100 students were paired with interviewers who are in professions related to the students’ career preference. The volunteers commented how the students conducted themselves in a professional manner and extremely engaged. Our Mock interview process is a great way to help students prepare for the world of work and provide information about future career aspirations.

Feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive. Students explained that they were anxious before the interview but the volunteers made them feel relaxed and the interview often turned out to be a friendly conversation. Students reported, increased confidence and improved interview skills.
