Inclusion & Reintegration Coordinator

Park High School is a highly successful 11-18 mixed school with nearly 1550 students in a pleasant location in Stanmore.  The school achieves excellent results, and the high quality of relationships is frequently commented upon. We are looking to appoint a talented and committed individual with the qualities, skills and drive necessary to fulfil this key role.  

Inclusion & Reintegration Coordinator 

36 hours per week, Term Time only 

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 4.30pm 

Scale: H05 to H06 

Actual Salary: Actual salary £25,304 to £29,045 (Pay Award Pending) 

We are seeking for a student focused individual to work with Heads of Year and Pastoral Support Assistants to ensure identified students within their year group are supported in their learning and progress. You should have GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English and, desirable but not essential, A Level or equivalent qualification (or experience) Youth work qualification.  The individual must also have experience of working with young people, experience of delivering activities and sessions for young people and experience of working within challenging communities.  Also required is an awareness and understanding of best practice to ensure safeguarding and child protection. 

This post is ideal for recent graduates who may be considering embarking on a career in teaching, health or social care. You will have the opportunity to work with young people with a range of needs and benefit from the considerable experience of our Pastoral Teams. This position is an excellent steppingstone towards a teaching career.
